3). Contact us with your choices
4). You will be given the total cost, including delivery, via return email.
5). All instructions as to ordering and paying will be contained within that email. We accept Pay-Pal, Cashiers Checks and/or Money orders for payment.
(Cashiers Checks and Money Orders require a 5 day waiting period to clear our bank)
6). NO interest charges, NO penalities, NO hidden charges. What you are quoted is what we stand behind.
UPON DELIVERY:
1). Review your shipment with the delivering carrier.
2). Check that the piece count is correct and matchings your bill of lading.
3). Sign for your delivery.
4). Unpack and review your furnishings. You MUST notify carrier of any inside damage within 48 hours.
5). IF damages occur, we will reship a new piece to you the same day.
